The VERITAS Storage Foundation Cross-Platform Data Sharing Administrator's Guide describes how to use the VERITAS Cross-platform Data Sharing (CDS) feature.

This guide is intended for system administrators responsible for configuring and maintaining systems using the VERITAS CDS feature.

This guide assumes that you have a:

• Basic understanding of system administration.
• Basic knowledge of the operating systems on all supported platforms.
• Basic familiarity with VERITAS Volume Manager (VxVM) and storage management concepts.
