Click on the Configure dialog box's Flag button to open the Flag window.
Click on the large button at the top of a flag form so it is on:

off: 
.) This selects the flag.
Caution: More than one flag can be selected at once. All selected flags will be deleted when the Delete button is clicked on.
Click on the Delete button, which deletes all selected flags.
