Notes
- Groups aren't the same as organizational units.
Objects may belong to only one organizational unit, but may be a
member of many different groups.
- A group's members may include any type of object,
including other groups, from anywhere in the organizational
hierarchy.
- Members of a group may be moved or renamed without affecting
group membership.
- Group objects can be added to a Links
tab or a Hosts tab for an object.
- For group objects added to a Links tab: the group
members are shown on the webtop (recursively) but not the group
itself.
- For group objects added to a Hosts tab: group members
are used (recursively) for application
server load balancing.
