To alter a subscriber, you must name the queue.

You may optionally specify the agent (subscriber)> If you do not name a subscriber, you must specify an address. To specify an agent (subscriber), you must specify the name or not specify the name (specify name as NUKLL). You must specify the address or not specify the address (specify address as NULL). You must specify the protocol (number) or not specify the protocol (specify the protocol as NULL).
