To create a queue table, you must name the queue table and name the queue. You must also specify the queue type as normal (the default) or or as exception.

You must specify maximum retries as 5 (the default), or specify maximum retries.

Additionally, you must specify no retry delay (the default), or specify the retry delay in seconds.
